You can add a new User from the top left hand of the screen under your Company name


On a mobile device, click the the arrow beside your company name to show the dropdown.


You can add two different types of User: A Staff User or an External User


Above you can see the differences in the Users. A Staff User, for example, would be a colleague within your organisation whereas an External User would be a client or associate.

Enter the name of the User you'd like to add and the email you would like to associate their account with.


Pick the projects you'd like the new user to be added to. You can search for the project name or select it from the drop-down menu. You can also filter the projects by headers.


The new User should receive an email welcoming them to Tameday. From here they can log into their new account and see the projects that you've added them to.
